Did You Know:

  • 818,800 individuals reside in assisted living communities, half are 85+

  • 30,600 ALF communities nationwide

  • One third of all assisted living community providers are experiencing a high level of staffing shortages

  • 68% of ALF’s are concerned workforce challenges might force them to close

  • One-fifth or 20% of American Nurses work in long-term care (ALF, AFH, SNF, etc.)

  • By 2050 the number of individuals using paid long-term care services will double
