A Letter From The Founder:

Today there are more than 800,000 Americans residing in assisted living communities. Many of these individuals are considered the “oldest old”, meaning their age is 85 and older.  In 2020, after more than 15 years of working as an RN in various areas I began serving residents in assisted living communities, adult family homes and in private care homes providing hospice care. I recognized the lack of education and demand from frontline healthcare professionals for greater knowledge.  I found myself frequently educating staff on nursing skills and tasks ranging from simple wound care to complex diabetic management.  Typically, most assisted living communities do not have a nurse on staff twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.   As a result, the frontline health care professionals require greater knowledge to provide quality nursing care in these communities.  ANDS was developed to enhance the clinical skills of frontline professionals to improve quality resident care.  ANDS takes great pride in the fact we offer in-person evidence-based education, exceeding regulatory standards. Knowledge is power and we are empowering frontline healthcare professionals each day to improve the quality of care in communities across the nation.

Unlike the singular nurse delegator, ANDS is a team of experts composed of nurse delegators, clinical educators, clinical support specialist, business and EMR analyst, quality and compliance officers, and regulatory specialist.  ANDS offers 24/7 nursing support, and this is a unique service and rarely offered in the industry.
